Returns and Refund Policy
Exchanges
You could apply for an exchange if the product received is defective, damaged or if you have any issue with the sizing of the product.
The procedure for exchange is as follows:
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team by writing to support@wildchimp.in within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Once the request for exchange is confirmed by our customer care executives, the customer will need to self-ship their package to our warehouse in this case.
- Please make sure the products are packed safely so that there is no damage during the transit.
- Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will go through a quality check. Once the product passes the quality checks and the product has not been misused in any way, we will ship the new product to you.
- Items can be processed for Return and refund when any of the below conditions are met
- Item is damaged on arrival
- Missing item or accessories
- Received wrong item
- Size not as expected
- Does not fit
- Make sure the labels are not removed
Note: Exchange can be done only once per order.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation or refund is not possible against any orders.
In case you want to return the product, the amount will be credited to the customer account in form of Coupon Code only.
Coupon Codes can be used for any of your future purchases on our website.
